1. What HuntHubb Does

HuntHubb is a job application tracker that helps you organize and manage your job search. Track your applications on a visual Kanban board and use AI-powered tools to tailor your resume, generate cover letters, and prepare for interviews.

2. Information We Collect

When you use HuntHubb, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Your email address (and name, if signing in with Google). Passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Job application data: Information about your job applications that you enter manually.
  • Payment information: If you purchase HuntHubb Pro, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Your Data

HuntHubb offers two sign-in methods: email and password, or Google Sign-In. If you sign in with Google, our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only your name, email address, and profile information to create and manage your account. We do not access any other Google data.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted databases with row-level security. All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate HuntHubb:

  • Supabase: Database and authentication hosting.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.
  • Stripe: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
  • Anthropic: AI message generation for the Pro networking feature (only company name and job title are sent, never your personal data or emails).

6. Your Rights

You can at any time:

  • Revoke Google access: Revoke HuntHubb's access through your Google Account permissions.
  • Delete your data: Contact us to request full deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export your data: Request a copy of your job application data.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
